NEWLY LAUNCHED ~ HIGH POWER LED FOR MR 16 MODULE

WE ARE CERTIFIED FUTURE ELECTRONICS SOLUTION PARTNER AND OSRAM LLFY PARTNERSHIP
TRICON® Description

TRICON® is a substrate which has a natural black finishing oxide insulation on its aluminum surface. The black layer on the aluminum provides a good insulator layer whereby a conductor circuit is printed and fired on. This has resulted in a better performance in term of heat dissipation to Metal Core substrates (MCPCB) or traditional substrates with heat sink.

Features of black Aluminum Substrates
* Eliminate the use of heat sinks
* Lower assembly cost with less parts used
* Higher reliability with less heat induced problems
* Compact design capability

Applications
* Automotive Lighting
* High Power LED Architectural Lighting
* LCD Backlight Unit
* Illumination Circuit
* Others

The aluminum substrate is a heat treated aluminum alloy material with minimum thickness of 0.8mm and maximum thickness of 5.0mm.
Some of the other properties are:

Thermal Expansion Coefficient :23.5ppm/K

Thermal Conductivity:
